Information you share with us
When you use the booking form on our Contact page, you enter your name, phone number, preferred service, date and time, and an optional note. The form does not send these details to our website or store them on a server. Instead, it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, which you choose whether to send to the salon.
If you message or call us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive the details you share in that conversation, such as your name, phone number and appointment request.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm, change or cancel your appointment
- To give you information about the service you asked for, including current offers and prices
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and how often the WhatsApp, call and booking buttons are used — and to measure the results of our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
The site also uses your browser's session storage to remember, for the current visit only, that the opening animation has already been shown.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp — booking messages are sent through WhatsApp and handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may collect data under Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
- Instagram and Google reviews — links to these sites open third-party pages with their own privacy policies.
See Google's How Google uses information from sites that use its services for more details.
